We have many approaches that we take to help sellers with a home depending on circumstances. We may fix and flip, rehab, and rent, provide creative real estate strategies, lease options, or many other approaches. We are constantly looking for properties all over the United States that we can add to our portfolio with a particular focus on the Grater Atlanta area, North, Middle and South Georgia, and Tulsa Oklahoma. We will happily buy properties in other locations as well.

My name is Souley Hanne, owner of Hanne Investments. I am a real estate Investor and engineer. My entire life has been dedicated to solving problems. With the passion of helpings others, along with my knowledge and creative real estate strategies, I’m dedicated to helping distressed homeowners and better the community. I strive to demonstrate the highest level of integrity and commitment, and to bring a little fun into every real estate transaction. In my free time, I love watching and playing soccer, giving back to communities and spending time with my family.
What type of houses do we buy?
If your house is fully renovated and you are not in a hurry to sell then, you are probably best to sell through a realtor. We buy houses in ANY condition. But, if you want to sell your house fast, or you don’t want to make any repairs or clean up, or if you inherited a house that needs work, or you want to save on realtor fees and commissions by listing For Sale By owner, then we may be the right buyer for you.
